What You Will Learn
You will start by learning several techniques to focus your image on the subject. We will cover non-destructive dodge and burn as well as Eddie Tapp’s Cookie Lighting.
We will then learn image sizing/optimization. Once the image is sized appropriately we will discuss several sharpening options.
With a finished image, Hal and Victoria will guide the class through multiple finishing techniques to include:
-A detailed discussion of the Fx button on the Layers Palette
-The “George Lepp” Border
-The “Bull” variation
-Breakout borders
-Use of custom brushes to create a frame
We will conclude by executing a color-managed, print workflow. Emphasis will be placed on printing with the Canon 5100, 8100 & 9500 printers.
